The 6th Annual Edison Project Entrepreneurial Competition is a celebration and recognition of the entrepreneurial spirit of the Greater Hickory Metro.
The Edison Project competition concludes with a final pitch to an audience made up of community members to kick off Global Entrepreneurship Week, presented by Lenoir Rhyne University, on Monday, November 13th at Market on Main from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. This event is open to the public.

These entrepreneurs, who have an idea for an innovative, viable business in the Hickory Metro area, will vie for an economic incentive in the amount of $10,000 for 1st place, $5,000 for 2nd place, and $3,000 for 3rd place, thanks to generous corporate sponsors listed below, but first must compete in several rounds of competition.
