Beer Brewing Class
Sarah Todd, the head brewer at Olde Hickory Brewery, will lead a beer brewing craft class at Hart Square. We will be brewing two beers, a historical ale and a modern day recipe. We will discuss the history of brewing, especially in the context of colonial life, prohibition, and home brewing.
