In 1988, Protection Products Inc became the first company to market and sell a disposable kit specifically designed to assist in efficient and rapid ''turnover'' of an Operating Room between cases. These disposable kits and components have become a mainstay in helping hospitals and surgery centers improve productivity while also meeting and exceeding the important safety and infection control standards in place today.
